Making my life count

My pastor did a sermon entitled "Making My life Count". The message inspired me to continue living my life so that when I die I know that I have done all I could do to enrich the lives of other believers. I have loved my family. I have made some small change to this world we live in. Once a person finds Christ, thats when you truly start to live. Thats when I started to live. Prior to finding Christ, I was dead, not physcially, but spiritually dead.

I remember being so depressed I couldn't get out of bed. I remember being so robbed of my joy I wanted to quit my job. I can even remember not caring about myself. But now..since I have a relatioship with Jesus, my entire life has been turned around. No more major depression, my life has meaning and the best part of knowing God: I can finally say: I love myself. I love myself enough to not stay in a unhealthy relationship, diet, exercise and live life to the fullest. This is what Jesus meant when he said in John 10:10: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. So my question for everyone today is: are you making your life count? Do you know Him?
